#7 - Density - have you ever wondered why cities are so full of crime? It’s because of density - it literally drives people nuts. We are not sardines - don’t suggest that we live like one. We need elbow room and personal space.

Gum,

Like you said. But the main reason for crime is liberals and black people.

Natty,

Wow. I live in a town with almost no liberals and no black people (Alaska has a very low percent) and still have crime... hmm it must be all the white Republicans that commit crime around here

Most of European cities grew over centuries and were shaped by the means and needs at that time. There literally was no planning or developing. Cities in Europe grew bigger with the industrial revolution and the development of transportation. There is a rule: A towns/citys outskirts are reachable from the center within 30mins. With Metro/Railway/Tram that rule still applies today.
