Brand new off the truck? Looks more like run over by the truck (I had a user bring me one that had been run over by a car so I know...) dash

Pleasant, #24 Off the truck and plugged in with a bank of other computers in something looking very much like a school computer lab.

#21 um what? I'd say god because at least i can cut my veins and they heal back up. i don't have to run to the store to BUY a new cable, then see if it's compatible, then install drivers etc

#22 Pretty sure this wasn't the fault of any government agency. It was either the phone company or the so-called IT/Communications person who worked on it before you got to it.

#11 IF the folded metal was a real CD than all data is recoverable. As long as the silver part is intact the info is intact, the plastic is just something to attach the silver data sticker to. I bet a forensic tec could do it.

#20 I think we all want to know what melts the plastic of a screen like that, but not your hands... an acid maybe?
